סורה 37 As-Saffat (Standing in rows), איה 167 – 170

1. وَإِنْ كَانُوا لَيَقُولُونَ

   And indeed, the disbelievers used to say,

   37:167

2. لَوْ أَنَّ عِنْدَنَا ذِكْرًا مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ

   If we had a message from (those of) the former peoples,

   37:168

3. لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ

   We would have been the chosen servants of Allah."

   37:169

4. فَكَفَرُوا بِهِ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

   But they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know.

   37:170
